First Module - Site Development - 2011-2012

Manyatta Compound

Phase 1 includes the construction of several (8) housing, medical, security and administrative facilities. Upon completion the Manyatta Compound will have the capacity to house and feed 200 people. The multipurpose buildings will be suitable for conferences, regular worship services and Primary educational offerings. Permanent housing will be provided for site administrative /security staff and faculty. Guest housing will be provided for construction project management, conference attendees and medical personnel. This phase also includes the construction of needed infrastructure to support the Manyatta Compound, the Mt. Moroto Academy and Karamoja Trinity University. This includes plumbing, security fencing, roads and solar energy capacity. The preliminary construction budget for Phase 1 is set at $1.98 M. Budget details and an Architectural Drawing of the Manyatta can be found in Appendix. Administrative and staff training are planned at $100K.

Grace Chapel 

June- July 2012

The Master's Oasis is Phase I of the Church development ministry. Upon completion, the 10 acre project will consist of Grace Chapel & Retreat Center.

In July 2011, the work on Grace Chapel will begin. In August 2011, the church leadership will be installed and weekly worship services will be conducted.
